Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one and small-group support to pupils.
• Support pupils with SEMH and behavioural needs across the school environment.
• Help pupils re-engage with learning and develop confidence.
• Support occasional classroom activities alongside teaching staff.
• Contribute to implementation of individual behaviour and learning strategies.
• Work as part of a wider pastoral and education team.
• Encourage pupils to make positive choices and greater independence.
