You will support students with SEMH needs, help manage challenging behaviour, and promote engagement throughout the school day. An ASAP start is available and roles can be part-time or extended according to availability.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting children or young people with SEMH needs or challenging behaviour.
• Strong behaviour management skills.
• Ability to build positive and professional relationships with students.
