TeacherActive is working with an Alternative Provision in inner-city Nottingham to recruit a dedicated Behaviour Mentor for a full-time position with an immediate start.

You will support pupils across KS2 to KS4, focusing on behaviour management, positive relationships, and engaging learners in education. The role requires resilience, patience and a commitment to helping young people reach their potential.

Qualificações

• Experience with pupils who display challenging behaviour.
• Ability to work with KS2 to KS4 learners.
• Desirable qualifications in education, youth work or behaviour support.

Responsabilidades

• Support behaviour management across KS2–KS4 to maintain a positive learning environment.
• Help pupils engage effectively with education and stay safe.
• Collaborate with staff to implement individual support plans.
