Smithills School in Bolton is seeking an enthusiastic Bridge Mentor to support pupils with SEMH and behavioural challenges in The Bridge, an Alternative Provision. You will work with pupils, staff and parents to promote positive behaviour and help learners overcome barriers to progress.

The role involves collaborating with the Bridge Leader to provide intensive intervention, building independence, self-esteem and social inclusion while safeguarding and DBS checks are observed.

Qualifications

• Experience of working in a school environment or educational setting.
• Experience supporting students with challenging behaviour.

Responsabilités

• Support pupils with SEMH and behavioural difficulties in The Bridge, Alternative Provision.
• Collaborate with pupils, staff and parents to promote positive behaviour and remove barriers to learning.
