Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven experience working with SEMH, EBD, or within a PRU.
• Ability to remain calm when faced with challenging behaviours.
• Understanding of how mental health impacts learning.

Responsibilities

• Utilise positive behaviour management strategies.
• Develop a strong, trust-based bond with the pupil.
• Support the delivery of a bespoke curriculum.
• Safely manage challenging behaviours in line with school policy.
• Work directly with the student's EHC plan.
