TikTok is seeking an UK EMAI education lead to develop end-to-end seller education and outreach content for TikTok Shop in London. You will own education playbooks, onboarding resources, and learning journeys.

Drive scalable initiatives such as webinars, newsletters, and community content while measuring impact and refining programs based on seller data. Collaborate across analytics, strategy, and merchant teams to boost seller success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in a relevant field.
• 2+ years in e-commerce, business strategy or growth.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end seller education strategy to help sellers start and grow on TikTok Shop.
• Design and improve seller education playbooks, journeys, onboarding resources and libraries.
• Plan scalable education initiatives including webinars and newsletters.
• Establish content standards for seller touchpoints.
• Measure program effectiveness and optimize content.
