Job summary

Digital Gurus is seeking a Seller Compliance Assistant to join our growing marketplace team. You will be a central contact for onboarding new sellers, collecting documentation, and guiding them through the approval process to start trading on our platform.

You will also engage in a broad range of compliance and operational activities, including monitoring seller accounts, producing performance reports, and supporting audits to ensure listings are accurate and compliant.

Qualifications

• Experience in compliance, operations or administration would put you in a strong position.
• Open to candidates at an earlier career stage with the right attitude and genuine interest in the space.

Responsibilities

• Monitor seller accounts and flag risk or performance concerns.
• Produce reports on seller performance, orders and compliance metrics.
• Assist with product and catalogue audits to keep listings accurate and compliant.
• Manage operational tickets through systems like Zendesk or similar.
• Maintain spreadsheets, dashboards and internal records.
• Collaborate with wider teams to resolve seller queries and operational issues.
