Job summary

Zachary Daniels in London is seeking a Hybrid Seller Compliance & Analyst Assistant to support onboarding and verification of new marketplace sellers, monitor ongoing compliance and maintain compliance records. You will conduct KYC checks, review seller documents and help with reporting to ensure marketplace operations run smoothly.

Qualifications

Experience in KYC checks or business due diligence.
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
Comfortable with data, reporting and compliance documentation.

Responsibilities

Conduct KYC checks and due diligence on new marketplace sellers.
Review seller documentation for completeness and compliance.
Support seller onboarding, account setup and ongoing verification processes.
Monitor seller accounts and flag discrepancies or compliance risks.
Maintain accurate seller records and compliance trackers.
Produce regular reports on seller performance and compliance metrics.
Assist with marketplace ticket management and cross-team collaboration.
