Job summary

APEXX in London is seeking a data-driven Head of Product to lead the optimisation and orchestration product lines. You’ll bridge Product, Data Science, and Commercial teams to translate analytical insights into measurable business value for merchants and for APEXX.

This role focuses on defining strategy, pricing models, and scaling a product suite, with hybrid working (3 days in office, 2 days from home) in London.

Qualifications

• You’ve led data-driven product initiatives with commercial impact.
• You’ve built and scaled complex products across data science and product teams.
• You’ve shaped pricing, packaging and monetisation strategies.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the long-term strategy and roadmap for optimisation and orchestration products.
• Partner with Engineering and Data Science to develop AI/ML features that improve performance.
• Translate insights into ROI-focused narratives for customers and internal stakeholders.
• Promote evidence-based decision making and governance across product workstreams.
