Job summary

APEXX Global in London is seeking aSenior Product Manager to own the Self-Service & Onboarding domain, defining strategy and delivering end-to-end onboarding experiences for merchants and partners. You will partner across Product, Engineering, Design, Commercial, Customer Success and Compliance to create scalable, data-driven experiences that accelerate time-to-value.

Qualifications

• Proven track record managing SaaS or platform products with end-to-end ownership from discovery to delivery.
• Experience owning customer-facing portals or onboarding journeys in complex enterprise environments.
• Strong analytical, data-driven decision making and experimentation experience.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across engineering, design, commercial, and success teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for self-service onboarding and customer portal.
• Evolve the portal with data-driven insights, actionable recommendations, and self-service actions.
• Lead scalable onboarding, account/user admin, API credential management, and platform configuration features.
• Drive product-led growth to boost adoption, expansion, and commercial opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate customer needs into scalable solutions.
