Job summary

Federation of Small Businesses (FSB) is seeking a Membership Advisor to run your own sales business backed by a trusted national organisation. You’ll be your own boss with your own schedule, supported by one of the UK’s longest-standing associations for small businesses.

Earn uncapped monthly commissions, build a smart territory plan, and develop relationships with decision-makers. You’ll use Salesforce to manage leads and prosper with unrivalled support from the FSB.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence.
• CRM experience (Salesforce preferred) – helpful but not essential.
• Willingness to learn and develop.
• Confidence in building relationships with small business decision-makers.

Responsibilities

• Win new members for FSB and grow your income.
• Build and execute a smart territory plan.
• Generate referrals, manage your pipeline and close deals.
• Upsell and cross-sell to maximise earnings.
• Use Salesforce CRM to manage leads effectively.
• Self-motivation, resilience and drive.
• A willingness to learn and develop.
• Confidence in building relationships with small business decision-makers.
• Full UK driving licence.
