Job summary

The Federation of Small Businesses (FSB) is seeking a Membership Advisor to run your own sales business backed by a trusted national organisation that has supported UK small businesses for over 50 years. You’ll be your own boss with your own schedule, but you’ll have our support every step of the way.

You'll win new members, build a territory plan, manage your pipeline and close deals using Salesforce. Enjoy unlimited flexibility and uncapped commission paid monthly, with unrivalled support from

Qualifications

• Proven ability to win and convert new members.
• Strong relationship-building with small business decision-makers.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel.
• CRM experience (Salesforce preferred) is helpful but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Generate referrals, manage your pipeline and close deals.
• Upsell and cross-sell to maximise earnings.
• Use Salesforce CRM to manage leads effectively.

• Confidence in building relationships with small business decision-makers.
• Full UK driving licence.
