As part of our strategic growth, we offer opportunities to join as an Appointed Representative firm or as a Registered Individual, either directly with Rosemount or within an existing Rosemount Appointed Representative.

Role Overview:

As a Self-Employed Mortgage & Protection Adviser, you will manage your own business while benefiting from the support of an established company. Your responsibilities include providing expert mortgage advice, building client relationships, and guiding clients through the mortgage application process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide professional mortgage & protection advice tailored to clients' needs
• Assess clients' financial situations and recommend suitable mortgage products
• Coordinate with lenders, estate agents, and third parties to facilitate mortgage processing
• Stay informed about market trends, regulations, and industry updates
• Build and maintain a client base through networking, referrals, and marketing
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policies
• Deliver excellent customer service throughout the mortgage process

Qualifications and Skills:

• CeMAP or equivalent qualification
