As an Appointed Representative of The Right Mortgage Ltd, we provide clients with access to a broad panel of lenders and deliver clear, honest advice to first-time buyers, home movers, those remortgaging, and property investors. The Role

We’re looking for a self-motivated, CeMAP-qualified Mortgage Broker to join us on a self-employed basis. The role is hybrid, with flexibility to work from home, though ideally suited to someone local to Horsham or the surrounding area. Whether you’re an experienced adviser or newly qualified and working toward CAS, we’re open to the right person with the right mindset.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Providing compliant mortgage and protection advice
• Supporting clients with purchases, remortgages, and debt consolidation
• Managing your own clients with admin and compliance support
• Taking part in marketing and lead generation efforts where needed

What We’re Looking For

• CAS status preferred but not essential – support available for the right candidate
• Sound knowledge of the mortgage and protection market
• Excellent communication, organisation, and interpersonal skills
• Proactive attitude and the ability to work independently
