As a Mortgage Broker, you will be responsible for guiding clients through the mortgage process, providing expert advice, and delivering outstanding customer service. You will have the flexibility to work independently while benefiting from a strong lead generation system and a supportive team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise clients on mortgage products and services that best meet their needs.
• Manage client relationships and provide exceptional customer service throughout the mortgage process.
• Utilize leads provided by the company, as well as your own client bank or lead sources, to generate business.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of mortgage products, market trends, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with the internal admin team to ensure smooth processing of mortgage applications.
• Uphold the company’s ethos of integrity and customer focus in all interactions.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 4 years of experience as a mortgage broker.
• Proven track record of providing excellent customer service and building client relationships.
• Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A client bank or additional lead sources is preferred but not required.
