Cameron James are currently seeking a Mortgage & Protection Adviser (With a twist!) to join our team on a self-employed basis. The company recognises the importance of flexible working, this is a fully remote working position.

The twist, we are looking for a Mortgage adviser who wants to further progress their career to become an Independent Financial Adviser over the next 12-18mths.

The successful candidate would be working mainly as a mortgage adviser along with training to become an IFA. Whilst on your Mortgage to Wealth Journey you will receive full training and support.

Experience & Qualifications:

• CeMAP or relevant Mortgage Qualification (DipFA or working towards level 4)
• A positive attitude and excellent team communication
• Client-orientated with high customer service skills and communication
• The ability to explain complex information clearly and simply
• Minimum 2-3 years experience of delivering Mortgage & Protection advice
• All of our advisers deliver advice remotely throughout the UK
• The ability to work from home/own office
• Exceptional organisation skills
• A passion to learn
