Earnings & Costs:

• You keep 68% of what you write; 32% goes to the firm, covering everything (Personal admin, pooled paraplanning team, business plans, PI, compliance, etc.)
• Optional access to leads (charged only when used); you can also trade your leads to Mortgage Brokers
• Top earners are hitting £450k-£500k annually, with several earning £30k+ per month
• Average advisers earn £20k/month, combining new and ongoing business. You will be mentored and supported to achieve this
