A leading, award-winning independent financial advisory firm is looking to expand their Scottish team. This home-based role offers meeting rooms in central locations when needed, with plans to open a dedicated office once headcount increases. Currently employing over 150 IFAs, they have surplus clients from professional connections and a retiring adviser, providing a strong client base.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Diploma qualified in financial advice with proven successful advising experience
• Current CAS
• Ability to bring potential clients is preferred but not mandatory
• Ethical, driven, and client-focused
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on maintaining company culture and relationships
• Motivated by client satisfaction
• Commercially astute with the ability to develop business and benefit from provided clients
