This position is on a self-employed, work-from-home basis.

The successful Financial Advisor will be offered:

• Unlimited earning potential; top earners make up to £300,000 per year (dependent on business written and work ethic)
• 80:20 split
• Compliance support

• CII exam training and in-house study courses, including R0, AF, Level 6, and Fellowship
• No monthly fees

Financial Advisor requirements:

• Fully qualified (Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning)
• Preferably experienced as an adviser, but candidates seeking progression from a previous role will also be considered
• An existing client bank to bring with you
• Excellent communication skills and a strong command of English, both written and spoken
• Computer literate with exceptional attention to detail
• Highly self-motivated and a natural self-starter

Role responsibilities include:

• Contact clients and schedule meetings for in-depth reviews of their financial circumstances, current provisions, and future goals
• Analyze information and collaborate with internal support to prepare tailored recommendations and review financial reports
• Research approved panel of product providers and inform clients about new and existing products and services
• Maintain awareness of financial products and legislation, ensuring technical knowledge remains current
• Develop and nurture client relationships
• Continuously grow your client bank and maximize profitable opportunities
