Job summary

The Auction Company is expanding across the UK, and we are looking for driven, commercially minded people to generate property auction opportunities and build relationships with sellers, estate agents and property professionals. This is a self-employed, commission-only opportunity with full operational support.

Earnings include 2% of the final sale price on direct-to-seller instructions (min £2,500 + VAT) and 1% on qualifying estate-agent opportunities (min £1,250 + VAT).

Qualifications

• Previous property or auction experience is not essential.
• Training, technology and ongoing support provided.

Responsibilities

• Generate suitable property opportunities through networking, direct mail and introductions.
• Speak with property owners to explain how auction offers a faster route to sale.
• Build and manage a pipeline of opportunities across the UK.
• Collaborate with the national auction network for marketing and compliance support.
