Qualifications

• You could currently work in field sales, recruitment, account management, property sourcing or investment, or another target-driven sales environment.

Responsibilities

• Generate suitable property opportunities through networking, social media, direct mail, introducer relationships, and your existing contacts.
• Speak with property owners, understand circumstances, and explain how auction could provide a faster and more secure route to sale.
• Once a property is instructed, The Auction Company provides auction infrastructure: marketing on Rightmove, legal-pack coordination, buyer management and delivery of the auction.
• Focus on building relationships, creating opportunities and growing your pipeline.
