Job summary

The Auction Company is expanding across the UK and seeks driven, commercially minded people to generate property auction opportunities and build relationships with sellers, estate agents and property professionals in Chester and beyond. This is a self-employed, commission-only opportunity with support of a national auction network.

You will earn 2% of final sale price on direct-to-seller instructions (min £2,500 + VAT) and 1% on qualifying estate-agent opportunities (min £1,250 + VAT); uncapped

Qualifications

Self-employed, commission-based role requiring proactive lead generation.
Experience in field sales or business development is preferred.
Ability to build relationships with sellers and professionals.

Responsibilities

Generate property opportunities through networking, social media, direct mail and introducer relationships.
Speak with property owners, explain how auction can provide a faster sale, and secure instructions.
Manage and grow your sales pipeline; work with the auction network to deliver outcomes.
