Job summary

The Auction Company is expanding across the UK and seeks commercially minded people to generate property auction opportunities and build relationships with sellers, estate agents and property professionals. This is a self-employed, commission-only opportunity with training and support, designed to create an uncapped earning potential.

You will earn 2% of final sale price on direct-to-seller instructions (min £2,500+VAT) and 1% on qualifying estate-agent opportunities (min £1,25 + VAT).

Qualifications

• Must be self-motivated, resilient and commercially focused.
• Comfortable generating your own opportunities and speaking with sellers.
• Capable of developing and managing a sales pipeline.
• Willing to complete required training and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Generate suitable property opportunities through networking, direct outreach and connections.
• Speak with property owners, explain how auction can speed sale and secure instructions.
• Build relationships with sellers and professional partners to grow your pipeline.
• Manage opportunities from initial contact to sale using the auction platform.
