Seeking a Behaviour Support Assistant to start ASAP! - Do you believe you can make a difference? - Are you passionate about working with SEND/SEMH pupils? - Are you a strong role model? A specialist provision in Brentwood those who want to inspire student’s with SEMH, many whom have come from distressed and toxic backgrounds. The right candidate will need to be confident with de-escalation strategies, robust and know how to build strong rapports and manage challenging behaviours. You must also be empathetic and have a good understanding or background in special educational needs or Social emotional, mental health. Resilience and hard work are a must. An outdoors/sports/activity co-ordinator background or creative Arts/Food tech background would also be great, as this role entails a lot of outdoors and creative activies.
