The role requires IT literacy and the ability to work to deadlines. Responsibilities include opening/closing the building, maintaining security, issuing passes, assisting with evacuations, and ordering consumables.

• Keep reception tidy and provide professional, courteous service.

• Manage documentation and store records in the correct system or location.
