Job summary

Carlisle Support Services is seeking an Experienced Team Leader / Security Supervisor to manage Olympia London’s security operations. You will lead a team of Security Officers, coordinate shifts, and ensure safe, compliant operations across the loading bay, access control, and public areas.

The role requires a minimum 5 years in security supervision, SIA licensing, and a proactive, customer‑facing approach. Training and progression opportunities are provided as part of a supportive employer.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a supervisory role within security or logistics.
• SIA Door Supervision license holder.
• 5 years of checkable work and address history.
• Strong people management and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and support the team of Security Officers, ensuring high standards of performance and conduct.
• Oversee access control, vehicle screening, and goods movement within loading bays.
• Coordinate shift schedules and daily deployment of officers, with coaching and development.
• Enforce health and safety protocols and coordinate emergency responses as needed.
• Maintain accurate incident logs and handover notes for audits and reporting.
• Uphold security standards and deliver professional customer service to stakeholders.
