Job summary

OCS UK & Ireland is seeking an experienced Security Supervisor to lead and support our security team across multiple sites. You will ensure duties are carried out efficiently, maintain a visible security presence, and act as the first point of escalation for incidents across assigned sites.

The role requires supervising officers, conducting patrols and risk assessments, liaising with clients, training staff, and managing shift scheduling.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid SIA Licence.
• Valid driving licence; company van provided.
• Proven security supervision or leadership experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Calm under pressure and able to make quick decisions.
• Excellent report writing and basic computer literacy.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support security officers, ensuring duties are executed effectively.
• Conduct site patrols, risk assessments, and incident investigations.
• Maintain a visible security presence and respond promptly to security-related incidents.
• Liaise with clients and management to ensure service excellence.
• Train, mentor, and develop security staff to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Manage shift scheduling, reporting, and key control procedures.
