Vindex is seeking a Security Engineer to maintain and service CCTV and Access Control systems for key clients. The role involves site visits, customer focus, and teamwork to deliver high standards while representing the company professionally.

Applicants should have at least three years in security systems, with strong diagnostic and planning skills. Some installation work may be required, and ongoing training will be provided.

• Analytical and Diagnostic Skills.

• Willingness to work extra hours including weekends when required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain strong relationships with blue chip customers and service CCTV/Access Control systems.
• Occasional installation/commissioning work.
• Visit customer sites and present a professional image of the company.
• Liaise with Customer Service Team and Service Delivery Manager to meet KPIs.
