Johnson Controls is seeking a Systems Engineer to deliver exceptional engineering services for CCTV, access control and intruder alarm systems across diverse sites.

You will own all engineering service activities, coordinate with customers and internal teams, and ensure timely documentation and billing records. The role requires proactive, independent work and on-call availability to support a 24/7 service.

Formación

• Strong experience in integrated enterprise-level systems (CCTV, Access Control, Intruder Alarm).
• Experience with Genetec, Gallagher, Milestone, FLIR Latitude, ProWatch and Commend.
• Experience with high-end CCTV cameras (Bosch, Axis, Optical/Thermal imaging).
• Experience with Grade 3 Intruder Alarm installations (Galaxy, Texecom, peripherals).
• Familiarity with Senstar Omnitrax/Fibre Patrol and Fibre Optic systems.

Responsabilidades

• Provide engineering services across CCTV, Access Control and Intruder Alarm systems to customers.
• Own engineering service activities, planned and preventative maintenance, and respond to technical call-outs.
• Coordinate between internal teams and customers, maintaining excellent communication and accurate paperwork.
• Work as part of the Services and Maintenance Team, applying expertise to respond to faults and optimize systems.
• Participate in the on-call rota to provide 24/7 engineering support.
• Support new and existing customers to maintain, optimize, and enhance their systems.
