Johnson Controls seeks a Systems Engineer to deliver engineering services across CCTV, Access Control and Intruder Alarm systems. You will own maintenance activities, respond to call-outs, and coordinate with customers while ensuring documentation and compliance.

You will collaborate with internal teams and customers to meet project timelines, uphold safety policies, and deliver high-quality security solutions across demanding environments. A 24/7 on-call rota supports critical incidents.

Formación

• Strong experience in integrated enterprise-level security systems (CCTV, Intruder Alarm, Access Control, Video Intercom)
• Hands-on experience with Genetec, Gallagher, Milestone, FLIR Latitude, ProWatch and Commend
• Experience with high-end CCTV cameras (Bosch, Axis, Optical/ Thermal imaging)
• Experience with Grade 3 Intruder Alarm installations (Galaxy, Texecom)
• Excellent communication skills, internal and external with customers
• Self-driven, enthusiastic, able to work independently
• Professional demeanor and customer-centric approach

Responsabilidades

• Provide engineering services across CCTV, Access Control and Intruder Alarm systems
• Own engineering service activities, planned and preventative maintenance, and fast response to call-outs
• Coordinate between internal teams and customers with clear communication
• Complete project and service documentation to meet timelines and standards
• Participate in on-call rota for 24/7 engineering support
