Job summary

House of Commons is seeking a Security Support Assistant to back the Parliamentary Security Department with trusted, high-quality support in a specialist environment. You will respond to security-related requests from assessment through to completion, acting as a key contact for Members and staff, ensuring time-critical services are delivered effectively.

Responsibilities

• Provide trusted, high-quality security support for MPs and staff.
• Manage security-related requests from assessment through to completion.
• Make informed, auditable decisions and communicate clear recommendations.
• Contribute to projects, process improvements, data analysis and MI.
• Support governance, records and financial processes and spend two days per week on site.
