Job summary

Apleona UK is recruiting a Security Supervisor to join our Bedford site. You will be responsible for regular patrols, incident management, and maintaining detailed records to ensure safety and compliance. You will lead the security team and ensure high levels of customer service for clients and visitors.

Hours are 42 per week (2 x 12 hour days, 2 x 12 hour nights, 4 off). Apleona offers training and development and an equal opportunities approach within a dynamic facilities management

Qualifications

• SIA frontline guarding licence required.
• Supervisory experience essential.
• Excellent customer care skills.
• Vigilance and attention to detail.
• Ability to work with radio communications.
• Willingness to work with manager and team.

Responsibilities

• Carry out regular patrols to ensure site safety.
• Manage incidents and maintain detailed security records.
• Ensure compliance with internal procedures and external bodies.
• Schedule and deploy security rotas with proper manning.
