Job summary

ABM UK is seeking a Site Supervisor to oversee daily security operations at our Oxford site, ensuring coverage and safety compliance. You will coach officers, coordinate schedules, and respond to incidents on shift.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills for reporting, scheduling, and communication.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays if needed.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily activities of security team members at the assigned location.
• Ensure all posts are covered and staffing issues are addressed quickly.
• Monitor officer performance, attendance, appearance, and adherence to site procedures.
• Conduct shift briefings and communicate post orders, updates, and priorities clearly.
• Support onboarding and training of new security team members.
• Respond to incidents, emergencies, and client concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Complete incident reports, shift logs, and other required documentation accurately.
• Partner with leadership to address performance concerns and recognize strong performance.
• Help maintain compliance with company policies, client expectations, and safety requirements.
• Perform routine site inspections to identify risks, gaps, or service issues.
• Build a professional working relationship with the client and support day-to-day communication.
• Assist with scheduling, call-offs, and coverage adjustments as needed.

Job Summary

This role helps coordinate schedules, respond to issues on shift, coach officers, and make sure site expectations are consistently met.

• Previousexperience in a security role.
