Job summary

Carlisle Support Services is seeking a proactive Security Supervisor for Walsall Manor Hospital to lead a team and safeguard staff, patients, and visitors. You will ensure the delivery of high standards of security, customer care, and incident response.

We expect an SIA Door Supervision & CCTV licence, be at least 18, and have prior supervisory experience. We provide strong induction, ongoing training, and a supportive team culture to help you grow.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old with an SIA licence.
• Door Supervision & CCTV licences holders are essential.
• Prior security supervisory experience is preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service ethos.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing a team of five.
• Guiding customers and team with a friendly face.
• Ensuring SOPs are followed and KPI standards met.
• Maintaining safety and security for staff and customers.
• Managing incidents calmly and effectively.
• Conducting security patrols and controlling access points.
• Building relationships within the team and with customers.
