Job description

Vigilant Security is offering an exciting opportunity for a Security Supervisor to join our expanding team, working with a high-profile client in Uxbridge.

Scope:

This is a full-time contract working Monday to Friday (day shifts) with occasional weekends, from 07:00 to 19:00, totaling 60 hours per week.

The post holder must hold an SIA license and a CCTV license. Responsibilities include maintaining the day-to-day security requirements at a strategically important site, upholding a professional and corporate image, and ensuring high standards of professionalism. An IOSH training would be advantageous. Pay rate: £14.37 per hour.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Provide a prompt, polite, and welcoming environment for all visitors.
2. Anticipate clients' needs and exceed their expectations daily.
3. Act as a visible, customer-focused professional by greeting and engaging with visitors.
4. Maintain consistent, professional service at all times.
5. Promptly communicate visitor/client arrivals to relevant personnel.
6. Maintain high security awareness at all times.
7. Undertake patrols and inspections as per management instructions.
8. Use relevant communication equipment proficiently, demonstrating good communication skills.
9. Adhere to all Health & Safety policies.
10. Prevent unauthorized persons from entering prohibited areas.
11. Issue visitor passes according to established processes and procedures.
12. Maintain accurate records of incidents.
