Job description

Vigilant Security is offering an exciting opportunity for a Security Supervisor to join our expanding team, working with a high-profile client in Uxbridge.

Scope

This is a full-time contract working Monday to Friday (Day Shifts) with occasional weekends. (07:00 - 19:00) 60 hours per week.

The post holder (with an SIA license and CCTV Licence) will be responsible for maintaining the day-to-day security requirements at a strategically important site, upholding a professional corporate image and high standards. IOSH training would be an advantage. Pay Rate: £14.37 p/h.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

1. Provide a prompt, polite, and warm welcome to all visitors.
2. Anticipate clients' needs/problems before they arise and ensure their expectations are met and exceeded each day.
3. Be a visible, customer-focused professional greeting and engaging with visitors.
4. Provide consistent professional service at all times.
5. Communicate visitor/client arrivals to the relevant personnel promptly.
6. Maintain high security awareness at all times.
7. Undertake patrols and inspections as per management instructions.
8. Proficient use of relevant communication equipment, requiring good communication skills.
9. Ensure adherence to all H&S policies.
10. Prevent unauthorized persons from entering prohibited areas.
11. Issue visitor passes following established processes and procedures.
12. Maintain accurate records of incidents that occur.
