Kingdom Services Group have a great opportunity for a CCTV Controller/Site Security Supervisor to join our team working at a shopping centre in the Farnborough area, GU14.

When: We’re looking to get the right person in to the team ASAP!

Salary: £14.95 per hour.

Hours: On average 48 hours per week, shifts as per site rota, 4 days on, 4 days off. Monday to Sunday 08:00am - 20:00pm

Responsibilities

• Below is not an exhaustive list and any other reasonable and fair role relevant tasks may be added:
• Monitor CCTV, centre surveillance and fire control panel, parking systems control and centre alarm systems.
• This role involves ensuring daily tasks are completed to the required standards including security, cleaning, maintenance, customer service and CCTV monitoring.
• Monthly ordering of consumables & materials primarily used by centre cleaning team.
• Conducting checks of security & cleaning tasks to ensure their correct completion when required.
• Swiftly responding to security breaches or incidents.
• Maintaining a secure environment.
• Liaise with law enforcement, emergency services, and relevant stakeholders during security emergencies.
• Educate and train security personnel on protocols and emergency response plans.
  
  

About You

• A valid SIA licence or applied for / CCTV licence.
• Own transport required.
• A full five year checkable employment history.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• An ability to work as part of a team.
• An enthusiastic, self-motivated and flexible approach.
