Job summary

OCS UK & Ireland is seeking a Security Supervisor to lead a security team on a 4 on, 4 off rota (07:00 to 19:00). You will allocate duties, ensure compliance with instructions and report incidents via the standard portal.

The ideal candidate will have proven security supervision experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and a good working knowledge of security procedures. PSA license is desirable.

Qualifications

• Must have Right to Work in the UK.
• Proven experience as a Security Supervisor or similar.
• Excellent leadership and management skills.
• Strong knowledge of security procedures, protocols, and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid PSA license is desirable.

Responsibilities

Days of Working: 4 on, 4 off - 07:00 to 19:00

As part of your role, your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• To ensure that all security staff comply with and adhere to the agreed assignment instructions

• Develop and implement security procedures and protocols to ensure the safety and security of the client's premises

The ideal candidate should meet the following criteria:

• Must have Right to Work in the UK
• Proven experience as a Security Supervisor or similar role
• Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
• Strong knowledge of security procedures, protocols, and best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, staff, and external stakeholders
• Valid Private Security Authority (PSA) license is desirable
