As a Security Supervisor with ISS, you will be at the forefront of creating a safe environment, protecting your colleagues and our customer's property, people, and assets by providing exemplary security operations.

The Role

• Carry out Front of House (Reception) duties in the morning and evening (upon request).
• Complete daily internal and external patrols (4 – 6 in total a day).
• Ensure that you and the team always follow health & safety and security policies and procedures as written in AIs.
• Monitor CCTV cameras to ensure full coverage of client premises, the safety of stakeholders, and the Facilities team in daily operations.
• Provide training needed for team members to perform their duties.
• Communicate clear instructions to team members regarding duties and daily operations.
• Listen to team members' feedback and encourage high service standards.
• Monitor team participation to ensure training is applied and identify additional training needs.
• Manage workflow and standards during daily operations.
• Create reports to update the company on team and operational progress.
• Communicate with the Operations Manager and Facilities management about site issues or incidents.
• Support team members with questions and issues to ensure professional and timely resolutions.

About You

• Previous security experience
• A valid front-line security guarding, door supervision, or close protection SIA license
• Knowledge and experience with security systems and related technology
• Great attention to detail and a consistent approach
• A team player with good customer service skills
