About The Role

Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday, 8 hours per day, between 06:00 and 22:30.

As a Security Supervisor, you will oversee the daily operations of the security team to ensure safety and security of the site. Reporting to the Security Manager, you will coordinate security measures, supervise personnel, and ensure compliance with regulations and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate security team activities for efficiency and effectiveness.
• Act as a contact point for clients and management on security issues.
• Conduct security assessments and risk analyses to identify threats.
• Ensure proper incident escalation and maintain records.
• Oversee security systems like CCTV, fire alarms, PA, VMS, Intruder/Panic Alarms, BMS, ANPR, radio, and phones.
• Implement emergency procedures per the Incident and Emergency Plan.
• Conduct patrols to ensure premises security.
• Train and guide security personnel.
• Collaborate with other departments for security coverage.
• Address operational issues promptly and effectively.

• Legal right to work in the UK.
• Experience in security supervision is essential.
• Strong IT skills required.
• SIA Security Supervisor License preferred.
• Leadership and people management skills.
• Problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication skills.
• Proactive, adaptable, reliable, and punctual.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
