Job summary

Securitas UK is seeking a Security Shift Supervisor for a Reading site. You will lead and support a team of Security Officers, oversee incidents, patrols, and compliance checks, and ensure accurate reporting and documentation.

The role requires an SIA licence, supervisory security experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and flexibility for day and night shifts. Eligibility for SC clearance and a 5-year checkable history are required.

The Role

Lead and support a team of Security Officers

Manage incidents and emergency responses

Conduct patrols and compliance checks

Monitor CCTV and access control

Complete reports and documentation

Liaise with site management and emergency services

What You Need

Valid SIA Licence

Previous security supervisory experience
