Park Plaza Westminster Bridge London Hotel is seeking a Security Shift Leader to oversee security operations on a 12-hour shift pattern (2 day, 2 night, 4 off). You will lead a team, maintain safety for guests and staff, and respond to incidents with calm, professional procedures.

Ideal candidates have prior senior security experience in hospitality, excellent interpersonal skills, and a hands-on approach to managing the security team. The role is on-site at our flagship London property.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to connect with others.
• Ensures safety and security for employees, guests and visitors.
• Knowledge of security procedures and hotel emergency protocols.
• Experience as a Senior Security Officer or Security Shift Leader.
• Willingness to work Day and Night shifts.
