Job summary

Park Plaza Westminster Bridge London Hotel is seeking a Security Shift Leader to oversee security operations on a 12-hour shift pattern (2 day, 2 night, 4 off). You will lead a team, maintain safety for guests and staff, and respond to incidents with calm, professional procedures.

Ideal candidates have prior senior security experience in hospitality, excellent interpersonal skills, and a hands-on approach to managing the security team. The role is on-site at our flagship London property.

Shift Pattern: 2 Day shifts, 2 Night shifts and 4 Offs (12 hours per shift)

We Are Looking For a Security Shift Leader Who

• Has excellent interpersonal skills and can connect with others
• Ensures employees, guests and visitors’ safety and security within the hotel
• Is knowledgeable in all security and safety standard operating procedures and fully trained in the hotel emergency, crisis procedures and evacuation protocols
• Will effectively manage their department and be a hands‑on shift leader
• Is available to work Day and Night shifts.
• Has previous experience as a Senior Security Officer or Security Shift Leader
