Johnson Controls is seeking a Service Engineer - Fire to service Fire Alarm Systems onsite in the UK. You will ensure safety, perform preventive maintenance, and deliver high-quality customer service while working within a high-performing team.

Our Service Engineers are involved in servicing Fire Alarm Systems. The successful engineer will service Fire Alarm Systems to the relevant industry standards, providing exceptional customer service. We are looking for engineers who have the ability to identify and rectify problems before they occur. This is a fantastic opportunity for a time served Engineer to work within a high performing team.
Provide excellent Customer Service to exceed the expectations and requirements of both the internal and external customers, establishing and maintaining effective relationships. To Service the appropriate devices, working safely and responsibly to avoid injuries, damage to property, and the loss of unused materials. Ensuring your time is managed efficiently and jobs are prioritised correctly. Correctly complete Engineer work reports or checklist as appropriate.
Experience within the Fire industry with knowledge of repair and maintenance of large systems. Expert knowledge in mainstream and top end Fire, Gas and Aspiration systems. Working knowledge of industry standards and have a logical approach to troubleshooting together with good computer skills. Had or have previous experience working in a customer facing environment. Must hold a full clean driving license. The ability to lift and climb ladders and be comfortable working at height.
Hold current relevant qualifications to the industry i.e. 18th edition/ NVQ/ City and Guilds/BTEC/FIA
