Job summary

Zitko Group Ltd is recruiting a Security Service & Small Works Engineer for the Midlands region (Birmingham and surrounding areas). The role covers servicing, maintenance, fault finding and small works across commercial environments.

You will join a growing security systems specialist and benefit from a competitive package. Basic salary up to £38,000 plus a company vehicle, paid travel time, overtime and a £270 weekly standby payment while on call.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience servicing and maintaining security systems.
• Strong knowledge of CCTV (Analogue & IP), Access Control, Door Entry / Intercom Systems, Intruder Alarms.
• Experience carrying out fault finding, maintenance and small works.
• Strong customer-facing skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage your own workload.
• Full UK Driving Licence.

Responsibilities

• Servicing, maintaining and supporting electronic security systems to deliver high-quality technical support and service.
• Planned preventative maintenance visits.
• Reactive fault finding and repairs.
• Small works and system upgrades.
• Completing electronic job reports and documentation.
• Providing technical advice and system recommendations to customers.
• Collaborating with scheduling and operations teams.
• Participating in the on-call rota.
