Job summary

SER Limited is seeking an experienced Security Service Engineer to service, maintain and repair electronic security systems across Hertfordshire and surrounding areas. The role focuses on delivering reliable, customer-focused service and building long-term client relationships.

The successful candidate will diagnose faults, perform preventative maintenance and respond to reactive service requests, with ongoing training and career progression within a growing security specialist.

Qualifications

• A full UK Driving Licence.

Responsibilities

• Service, maintain and repair a range of electronic security systems.
• Diagnose faults and resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Carry out planned preventative maintenance visits.
• Respond to reactive service calls in line with customer requirements.
• Deliver exceptional customer service on every visit.
• Complete all service reports and documentation accurately.
• Ensure all work is completed to current industry standards and company procedures.

The Role

As a field-based Security Service Engineer, you'll cover Hertfordshire and the surrounding areas, working across a diverse portfolio of commercial sites. You'll be responsible for servicing, maintaining, fault-finding and repairing a wide range of electronic security systems, ensuring customers receive the highest level of service and system reliability.
