Job summary

SER-IN is seeking a Security Service Engineer to cover a small local patch around Milton Keynes, with day-to-day travel across Milton Keynes, Bedfordshire and Peterborough.

You will service, maintain and fault-find on a range of commercial security systems, ensuring customers receive high levels of support and system reliability. Overtime and call-outs boost earnings.

Qualifications

• Experience servicing CCTV, intruder alarms and access control.
• Strong fault-finding skills.
• Intruder alarm experience essential.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Service and maintain CCTV, Intruder Alarm and Access Control systems.
• Fault-find and repair security systems.
• Complete preventative maintenance visits.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Accurately complete service reports.
• Participate in a 1 in 6 call-out rota.
