Job summary

Alecto Recruitment is seeking an experienced Security Engineer to join a well-established electronic security company covering Hampshire and surrounding areas. You will service, maintain and install CCTV, Access Control and Intruder Alarm systems while delivering excellent customer service.

The role offers a field-based position with a competitive £38,000 - £43,000 salary, door-to-door travel, a company vehicle and ongoing training for career progression.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Security Engineer required.
• Strong knowledge of CCTV, Access Control and Intruder Alarm systems.
• Experience with manufacturers such as Hikvision, Paxton, Texecom, Galaxy, Dahua, Honeywell or similar.
• Good fault finding and diagnostic skills.
• Professional and customer focused approach.
• Full UK Driving Licence.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance and reactive call outs.
• Fault find and diagnose system issues.
• Complete small works, upgrades and installations.

I'm currently working with a well established electronic security company that has built a strong reputation for delivering high quality security solutions across Hampshire and the surrounding areas. Due to continued growth and new contract wins, they're looking to recruit an experienced Security Engineer to join their expanding team.

The Role

This is a varied position combining both service and installation work across a range of commercial and high end residential sites. You'll be responsible for maintaining, fault finding and installing CCTV, Access Control and Intruder Alarm systems while delivering an excellent level of customer service.
