Job summary

BT Group is seeking an Operational Architect to own the service design for complex security opportunities. You will partner with BT Group stakeholders and major UK accounts to ensure alignment with customer requirements and BT Security strategy. This role is London-based with hybrid working options.

You will lead bid teams, manage risks, and champion best practices in change and assurance across the Security Delivery Assurance and Bid teams.

Qualifications

• Service design experience with a strong track record in complex engagements.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for internal and external stakeholders.
• Solid commercial and financial awareness relevant to security projects.
• Understanding of contractual obligations beyond service design.

Responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end BT Security service design, ensuring feasibility, accuracy and quality.
• Collaborate across bid lifecycles from mobilisation to delivery within BT Group.
• Identify risks and provide mitigation strategies to meet customer requirements.
• Engage stakeholders across Security and BT Group to align bids and outcomes.
• Share assurance insights and lessons learned across the security delivery community.
