Job summary

ABF Business Technology Services in Peterborough is seeking a hands-on Security & Resilience Manager to lead the Security & Resilience team, aligning with infrastructure, architecture and risk teams to improve security posture.

You will provide technical leadership, assurance and governance across projects, operational change and strategic initiatives, delivering secure, resilient services at pace in a hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• Strong experience with hybrid Azure and Active Directory environments.
• Proven ability to advise on security controls in large organisations.
• Solid understanding of ISO 27001, NIST, CIS.
• Knowledge of Zero Trust and cloud security concepts.

Responsibilities

• Lead Security & Resilience team and manage workload in agile/Kanban.
• Provide governance, assurance and progress reporting to senior leaders.
• Design and implement effective security controls across hybrid cloud.
• Support risk-based security improvements and remediation planning.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure secure, resilient services.
